Makes us feel happy and hydrated, perfect for swigging down on a hot afternoon. Fibre-packed chia seeds and electrolyte-rich organic coconut water, lemon juice and fresh mint create the ultimate natural energy drink that's good for the heart, body, mind and soul. Incredibly high in antioxidants, stabilises blood sugar levels, you can make this drink in the morning and it will keep throughout the day, whether you are out in the office, exercising, chasing after your kids or busy at work! A great way to add chia into your diet and its really delish!

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp organic chia seeds
  • 2 cans Oqua organic coconut water
  • 1 lemon squeezed
  • 4 sprigs of fresh mint

Method

  1. Combine chia seeds, coconut water, lemon juice and mint in a jug and stir.
  2. Chill for about 10 minutes. Add ice cubes, stir again...BOOM!
