An effective health remedy is right in your own backyard, so get out there and pick some today! A great herb for detoxification, effective for treating build up of toxins in the liver by helping to remove waste products and for aiding a sluggish or congested liver. Not a pesky weed, it's chock full of vitamins and minerals such as iron, potassium, and zinc.

Dandelions live fast, die young and have loads of floral sex - they are the rock stars of the plant world!
