Coconut & vanilla bean ice-cream

Easy and delicious, 4 ingredient ice-cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans full-fat organic coconut milkĀ 
  • 1/2 cup of honey or 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract or 2 vanilla pods scrapped

Method

  1. Whisk all together or blend to fully incorporate ingredients.
  2. Taste! Then place either into an ice-cream maker to churn or place into a shallow dish into the freezer to set.
  3. Let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving. Sweet and creamy!
