Easy and delicious, 4 ingredient ice-cream.
Ingredients
- 2 cans full-fat organic coconut milkĀ
- 1/2 cup of honey or 100% pure maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract or 2 vanilla pods scrapped
Method
- Whisk all together or blend to fully incorporate ingredients.
- Taste! Then place either into an ice-cream maker to churn or place into a shallow dish into the freezer to set.
- Let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving. Sweet and creamy!
